Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold current SLP licensure in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or be completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY).
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued.
- Strong skills in IEP development, case management, and progress monitoring.
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate successfully with teachers, families, and related service professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals.
- Oversee case management duties for 30 students, maintaining required documentation and compliance.
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide intervention across mild to moderate caseloads.
- Consult with educators and families to foster student progress and success.
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere.
