Make a direct impact in the lives of K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 26/27 school year. This contract role begins in late August and runs through the end of May, providing a rewarding opportunity to support student success throughout the academic year. With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you'll work with a diverse range of students while managing a caseload of 60-70 and providing case management for approximately 30 students.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
  • School-based SLP experience highly regarded
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across all grade levels (K-12)
  • Commitment to supporting positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, adapting strategies for individual and group needs
  • Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
  • Provide case management for 30 students, ensuring compliance and effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student growth and achievement
  • Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP and team meetings
