Desired Qualifications:
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- School-based SLP experience highly regarded
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across all grade levels (K-12)
- Commitment to supporting positive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, adapting strategies for individual and group needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Provide case management for 30 students, ensuring compliance and effective communication with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student growth and achievement
- Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP and team meetings
