This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) for the entire 2026-2027 school year, starting in late August and running through the end of May. You’ll play a key role in helping students achieve their fullest potential while working alongside a dedicated educational team.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Holds or is working towards Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in a school-based setting
- Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and case management
- Organization and communication skills to manage a busy caseload
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students (K-12) with varied speech and language needs
- Manage a caseload of 60-70 students and serve as case manager for approximately 30 students
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with families and staff, and contribute to developing individualized student plans
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and adjust interventions as needed
- Support student communication through direct intervention, staff collaboration, and parent consultation
