Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a fully remote school-based contract position supporting students across Minnesota. This virtual opportunity offers flexibility while providing direct services to a school-aged caseload.
Position Overview:
- Fully virtual (Minnesota-based school assignment)
- 1099 independent contractor role
- School year assignment (start date flexible/ASAP)
- Caseload and grade levels to be determined based on district needs
- School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct virtual speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and participate in virtual IEP meetings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families remotely
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with Minnesota school guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (Minnesota or eligible)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior school-based and/or teletherapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and technology skills for virtual service delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience & Education:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- School-based experience preferred
Work Hours:
- School-day schedule (hours vary based on district assignment)
- Flexible virtual service delivery within contracted hours
Compensation:
- $45+/hour DOE (average ~$49/hour, depending on years of experience)
