Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – California (Remote / Teletherapy)

ProCare Therapy is seeking experienced Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for 1099 teletherapy contracts supporting California school districts for the 2026–2027 school year.
These are limited, high-demand virtual placements that fill quickly. Early applicants will be prioritized for upcoming openings.
Position Details:
- Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Part-time or full-time options available
- Setting: Fully virtual / teletherapy
- Caseload: K–12 school-based services (varies by district assignment)
- Location Requirement: Must be licensed in California and eligible to serve CA school districts remotely
Requirements:
- Active ASHA CCC-SLP (required)
- Active California SLP License (required)
- California CTC Credential (required)
- Minimum 2+ years of school-based SLP experience (required)
- Prior virtual/teletherapy experience strongly preferred
- California-based clinicians preferred
Role Expectations:
We are seeking clinicians who demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative approach to caseload management, including willingness to support a range of responsibilities such as:
- Direct therapy services across K–12 populations
- Completion of evaluations and assessments
- IEP-related documentation and compliance support
- Collaboration and supervision within school-based teams (when applicable)
- Adapting to varying district needs and caseload structures
Compensation:
- Wide pay range: $55–$90+ per hour (1099 contract)
