Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in early childhood and elementary school settings
- Background in evaluating, diagnosing, and delivering therapeutic interventions for communication disorders
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Positive, flexible approach to collaboration with staff, students, and parents
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt service delivery based on caseload needs and educational goals
