What’s Needed:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
- State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience with pediatrics, early childhood, or elementary-aged youth strongly preferred
- Ability to manage and adapt to diverse caseloads
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with other educators, therapists, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students according to IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Consult and collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary school staff
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Employ evidence-based strategies to foster student growth and independence
