Pediatric Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bridgeport, Connecticut

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly valued
- Ability to manage a caseload with students across a range of abilities and needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students aged 5–18+
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track progress and maintain documentation according to school district and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Deliver both direct and consultative services in classroom or pull-out settings
