What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one by the start date)
- Experience working with pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school populations
- Familiarity supporting a range of communication needs, from moderate to profound
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language services to students in grades K–12
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
