Elementary Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Westbrook, CT

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations, including K–12
- Strong background working with students diagnosed with a variety of communication and developmental disorders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
