Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, early childhood, or elementary populations
- Success in school-based therapy settings preferred
- Comfortable managing a range of student needs, from articulation to complex communication disorders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Deliver therapy services in group and individual settings across grades K–12
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals
- Maintain timely and accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
