Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Pediatrics and/or previous experience working with early childhood and elementary school-aged students preferred
- Comfortable serving K–12 populations with varying levels of need
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to tailor intervention strategies to diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students on assigned caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with faculty, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Document student performance and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
