Elementary Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Leland, NC

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility; recent graduates and Clinical Fellow applicants are encouraged to apply
- State licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Background working in pediatrics, schools, or both, with experience in early childhood and elementary caseloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with both individual and group therapy preferred
- Adaptable to caseload sizes and student needs, preference considered
Your primary responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct speech-language therapy to K–12 students
- Serve a flexible caseload, with assignment and student needs matched to your experience and preferences
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to foster student growth
- Maintain accurate records and provide progress updates
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
