Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Experience with pediatric caseloads in the school setting, particularly early childhood and elementary ages
- Knowledge of therapies and strategies for a variety of communication disorders and special needs
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and other professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans (IEPs), and deliver direct speech-language services
- Track student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Support students’ communication goals in academic and social settings
