Elementary Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Lexington, NC

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Comfortable designing and implementing therapy for a range of needs, including moderate and profound disabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexible, adaptable attitude and a commitment to fostering student growth
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy to students as part of the IEP process
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver integrated interventions in general and special education settings
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
- Communicate regularly with families to promote therapy carryover at home
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing program development
