Pediatric Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Wilmington, North Carolina

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain by the start date)
- Prior experience providing speech therapy in pediatric or school settings preferred
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification highly valuable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and documentation for diverse K–12 student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet a range of learning abilities and challenges
