Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned based on your expertise and interests, whether you’re most effective working with early childhood, elementary, or upper grade students, and range from moderate to profound communication needs.
Both local and travel professionals with a strong commitment to student growth are encouraged to bring their specialized knowledge to the team. Collaboration with educators, support staff, and parents ensures the best outcomes for each child’s unique developmental journey.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain by the start date)
- Prior experience providing speech therapy in pediatric or school settings preferred
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification highly valuable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and documentation for diverse K–12 student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet a range of learning abilities and challenges
