As a valued Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Possess current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings (K–12)
- Strong knowledge in speech, language, and communication interventions for children
- Ability to adapt approaches for a spectrum of student abilities, including moderate to profound needs
- Collaborative, flexible, and compassionate mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language services to students in grades K–12
- Assess student needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and track progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide coaching and resources to families and teachers, fostering a team approach to student success
