Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary-aged students
- Familiarity with various speech, language, and communication disorders
- Capability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Administer assessments to determine eligibility and monitor progress
- Document interventions and outcomes in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Deliver services throughout the school, adapting techniques to match student needs
- Offer training and support to staff and parents when needed
