Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure and ASHA CCCs or eligibility for completion
- Experience working in school settings, especially with pediatric and K–12 populations
- Comfort with a diverse range of student needs, from mild-moderate to profound
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Compassion, creativity, and a student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children grades K–12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Participate in school meetings and professional development as needed
