What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure for working in school settings
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience with pediatric populations (early childhood and elementary highly valued)
- Ability to tailor therapy approaches to various ages and developmental needs
- Effective collaboration skills with educators, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in K–12
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess communication, articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support educational and therapeutic goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school standards
- Communicate openly with families to foster student growth and success
