Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings
- Strong understanding of early childhood and school-age developmental milestones
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and carry out evidence-based therapy sessions
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Documenting progress, preparing evaluation reports, and contributing to IEP meetings
- Tailoring therapy techniques to meet each student’s unique needs
- Supporting inclusive classroom practices through consultation and strategy sharing
