What you bring:
- Active Illinois SLP license
- Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) required
- SLP-CCC certification
- Previous experience in teletherapy, virtual learning, or school-based SLP roles highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Reliable internet connection and teletherapy-capable workspace
- Compassionate, student-centered approach
Role highlights:
- Deliver virtual speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Provide therapy and consultation services to students, families, and school teams
- Maintain digital documentation and progress monitoring in accordance with state and district policies
- Participate in virtual meetings, parent conferences, and IEP team discussions
- Support school-based staff in accommodating students’ speech/language needs in the classroom
