Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for practice in the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFYs will be considered
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or clinical settings
- Comfort with a diverse caseload (early childhood to high school, mild to profound needs)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and compliance requirements
- Participate in school meetings and professional development activities
