Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Experience in pediatric or school settings, ideally with K–12 populations
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in K–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver direct therapy in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultative support to educational teams regarding communication needs
