Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Elgin, IL

Your skills as an SLP with CCC credentials or school-based experience will be highly valued. The caseload details are still being finalized, and placements will reflect your expertise and interests. First-year clinicians (CF-SLPs) are encouraged to apply, and SLP Assistants may be considered with proper documentation and experience.
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- Valid ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SL Endorsement
- Active Illinois State License (IDFPR)
- Experience or interest in serving bilingual student populations
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- A commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive student learning environments
- Flexibility, organizational skills, and dedication to contract duration

Primary responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy to students as required
- Conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and documenting progress
- Collaborating with educational staff and families
- Providing culturally responsive and evidence-based interventions
- Participating in meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams.
