Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome
- Active or eligible state licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in early childhood and elementary school settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Compassionate, collaborative, and flexible approach to meeting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt interventions based on ongoing student evaluation and teacher feedback
- Support both classroom-based and pull-out service delivery as needed
Pay for this position is highly competitive, ranging from $40 to $60 per hour based on experience. You’ll also benefit from comprehensive healthcare coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and weekly pay.
