What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current SLP state license (or eligibility to attain)
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially in early childhood and elementary school settings
- Background working in school-based environments preferred
- Strong ability to work with a range of student needs, from moderate to profound
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Flexibility, empathy, and a collaborative approach to student care
In this role, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and implement therapy plans for K–12 students
- Manage different caseloads based on your experience and preference
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Document progress and adapt interventions based on student needs
- Provide direct and consultative services in both classroom and individual settings
