Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship eligibility
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain state SLP licensure for Arizona
- Comfortable working with pediatric and school-aged populations, from early childhood through elementary to high school
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs for diverse needs highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and provide individualized therapy for students in grades K–12
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain accurate records as part of IEP meetings and service logs
- Adapt therapy methods to suit a range of moderate to profound needs
- Participate in school-based initiatives and professional development
