Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though clinical fellows are welcome
- Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and educators
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments and speech-language therapy services for students in grades K–12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and communications
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all abilities
