Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in Arizona
- Clinical experience working with K–12 or pediatric populations, particularly in early childhood and elementary settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation
- Compassionate, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with students and colleagues
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation and goal-setting
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure integrated care
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state, federal, and district guidelines
