Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations (Preferred)
- Skills supporting students with moderate to profound communication needs
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans for K–12 students
- Deliver speech-language interventions to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language concerns
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and IEP development as needed
