Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Prior experience with pediatric populations and school-based settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP/504 processes
- Skilled in providing therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Compassionate communicator who thrives as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Deliver individualized and group therapy in classroom and resource settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to implement IEPs
- Use data-driven practices to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Contribute to child study, eligibility, and ongoing support meetings
