Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain one prior to start date
- Experience serving pediatric clients and students at the early childhood or elementary levels
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Comfortable working in both in-person and virtual settings, if needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K–12 students with varying needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings and support progress tracking and reporting
