Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP certification
- Experience serving pediatric populations (Early Childhood, Elementary, K–12) in school settings
- Comfortable with a diverse caseload, including moderate to profound needs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative, innovative, and supportive approach to working with students, families, and school teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to students from various backgrounds
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to promote generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
