Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP certification
  • Experience serving pediatric populations (Early Childhood, Elementary, K–12) in school settings
  • Comfortable with a diverse caseload, including moderate to profound needs
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Collaborative, innovative, and supportive approach to working with students, families, and school teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to students from various backgrounds
  • Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to promote generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
