This assignment spans from ASAP through mid-June 2026, serving multiple school sites with another SLP to partner with, ensuring collaborative support. Manage a caseload of up to 50 students, aged 3–5, with plenty of resources and the added opportunity to connect with occupational therapy professionals. This position is ideal if you’re focused on skill-building, professional networking, and gaining new perspectives—all while having time off to explore during spring break (March 30-April 10, 2026).
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure in California (CFY & CCCs welcome)
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially preschoolers
- Strong collaboration skills for working with SLPs, OTs, and school staff
- Teletherapy experience valued, but not required
- SLPA or SLP-Healthcare experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Communicate progress and strategies with families and staff
- Collaborate with OTs and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
- Manage documentation and caseload effectively across sites
