Role Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP license (CFY, CCC accepted) or SLPA credential in CA
- Background in pediatric, preschool, or school-based SLP/SLPA services
- Experience in teletherapy and healthcare environments valued
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation abilities
- Passion for working with young children and collaborating with educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to preschoolers (3-5 years), full time
- Manage a diverse caseload (up to 50 students) across multiple school sites
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with OTs and school staff
- Implement creative, individualized treatment plans for early learners
- Complete assessments and maintain timely reports/IEP documentation
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed
