Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Camarillo, CA
Step into a rewarding contract role supporting preschool-aged learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time opportunity invites you to make a difference with students ages 3 to 5 across multiple school sites in a collaborative, supportive setting. With a caseload of up to 50 children and another experienced SLP at the site, you'll be part of a team focused on helping young students thrive.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA licensure or eligibility in California
- Experience in pediatric and/or school environments preferred
- Familiarity with school-based documentation and procedures
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool students (ages 3-5)
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, another SLP, and occupational therapists
- Maintain organized, timely records of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals
- Engage with families to support carryover of skills at home
