Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Riverside, CA

What We're Seeking:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required (CCC strongly preferred)
- Proven experience in school-based, pediatric, and/or healthcare SLP settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms an advantage
- Familiarity with direct and indirect school SLP services, documentation, and IEP processes
- Strong commitment to ethical practices in educational settings
- Candidates must have completed their Clinical Fellowship year—no CFY applicants, please
- Demonstrated ability to manage itinerant schedules and adapt to multiple school assignments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy for a diverse school-age population
- Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Complete thorough documentation and maintain compliance with school district policies
- Attend paid team meetings and contribute to program initiatives
- Utilize district-provided IEP software and participate in training as needed
- Serve as an advocate for effective communication and student achievement
