Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in San Bernardino, CA

In this full-time, itinerant role, you will collaborate closely with schools and staff to provide comprehensive speech-language services to a diverse pediatric population.
Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology—especially experience with school-based settings, teletherapy, and healthcare- or pediatric-focused SLP—to deliver both direct and indirect IEP-based services. A typical day includes a blend of therapy sessions, assessments, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will benefit from a well-organized structure, including admin time, paid team meetings, IEP system training, and dedicated therapy spaces.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- At least one year of relevant SLP experience post clinical fellowship; no CFY candidates, please
- Demonstrated background in pediatric or school-based speech-language therapy
- Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Familiarity with teletherapy preferred
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy to students across multiple campuses
- Contribute to IEPs, provide progress updates, and participate in team meetings
- Maintain documentation in the district’s IEP system (training provided)
- Manage a caseload within district guidelines, delivering both direct and consultative services
Enjoy a set schedule of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (30-minute lunch) and the opportunity to gain valuable experience across multiple school communities. Scheduled start dates are after 8/14/2026, pending board approval, with positions available through 11/4/2026 or 1/4/2027 (possible extension).
