Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Corona, CA
Make an impact helping students reach their full potential in this engaging, contract-based opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist. Here, you'll deliver services across multiple schools supporting pediatric caseloads and working full-time from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Two positions are available with start dates after August 14, 2026 (contingent on board approval): one through November 4, 2026, and the other through January 4, 2027, with possible extension.
Qualifications:
- Current California SLP License (Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Proficiency providing both direct and indirect SLP services
- Skilled in teletherapy and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong familiarity with IEP systems (training provided upon onboarding)
- No candidates currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy for K-12 students according to IEP goals
- Complete assessments, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Travel between multiple school sites within the district as needed (itinerant role)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate optimal student outcomes
- Take part in paid administrative hours, team meetings, and indirect duties as part of your workload
