Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Corona, California
Discover an impactful opportunity supporting student communication and language development in a dynamic school-based setting near Corona, CA. This contract position is perfect for credentialed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) with experience in pediatrics, school environments, or teletherapy who are ready to make a difference across multiple campuses. Please note: candidates must have completed their Clinical Fellowship year.
You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team and work on a full-time schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch), providing a range of direct and indirect SLP services. Two openings are currently available, starting after August 14, 2026, and running through early November or early January (with potential extension). Flexible, itinerant scheduling allows you to reach students in various schools.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Relevant experience in pediatrics, school-based practice, or teletherapy
- Previous completion of Clinical Fellowship (no CFY applicants)
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads across multiple school sites
- Familiarity with IEP systems in school settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver both direct and indirect SLP services to K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop & implement treatment plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Travel between assigned schools and manage an itinerant caseload
- Maintain organized documentation and follow district guidelines
- Attend team meetings and engage in ongoing professional collaboration
