Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Fontana, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active California SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Demonstrated experience in school-based and pediatric settings
- Background in teletherapy and healthcare-related SLP services preferred
- Familiarity with IEP procedures and systems; training provided as needed
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Collaborative, flexible approach to working across multiple campuses
- Commitment to providing both direct and indirect therapeutic services
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students, tailoring interventions to individual goals and needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in line with district procedures
- Maintain thorough progress documentation and attend administrative meetings as scheduled
- Participate in paid team meetings and indirect work hours as necessary
- Travel between assigned schools (itinerant role) ensuring continuity of care across sites
- Engage in ongoing professional training offered by the district
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
- Ensure compliance with administrative and documentation standards
