Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Phelan, California

Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Active and valid Speech Language Pathology license (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Specialized experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and assessment tools
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to promoting student growth and achievement
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with moderate to severe needs
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student progress
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs in a variety of school environments
- Stay current with best practices and compliance standards in school-based speech therapy
