You’ll work a consistent schedule from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm—with a daily 30-minute duty-free lunch—and manage a maximum caseload of 55 students, primarily at a single school site. Our district values collaboration and innovation, serving a wide range of learners across eight schools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Current California Speech-Language Pathology license required
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPs with pediatric, healthcare, and/or school-based experience encouraged to apply
  • Passion for supporting children’s speech and language development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers and administrators
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized and small-group direct therapy to students PreK–5th grade
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans
  • Review and monitor student progress, adapting interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
  • Engage with parents, teachers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care
