Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Palo Alto, CA

Ideal candidates possess:
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in California
- Previous experience working with adolescent populations in a school setting
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities
- Skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and execution of therapy programs
- Comfort adapting interventions to meet diverse student needs
- Motivation to contribute meaningfully over the course of a full academic year
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct OT services to high school students
- Developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and documentation
- Collaborating with special education teams, parents, and teachers
- Conducting assessments and implementing targeted interventions
- Supporting students with fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skill development
