Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fremont, California

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with high school-aged students, preferred
- Skilled in pediatric speech therapy and teletherapy
- Knowledge or experience in school-based and healthcare settings
- California state licensure or eligibility required
- Open to SLPAs with healthcare background
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver therapy services in collaboration with educators and support staff
- Track student progress, maintain records, and document outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize innovative strategies and teletherapy tools as needed
