School Speech Language Pathologist - Fremont, CA

What we're seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
- Teletherapy proficiency a plus
- Current state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Familiarity with high school caseloads preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- SLPA or healthcare background also considered
Your primary responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide direct and consultative services to students with diverse speech and communication challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Employ evidence-based practices for both in-person and teletherapy environments
