Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Santa Clara, CA

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- State licensure (or eligibility) in California as an SLP or SLPA
- CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY candidates welcome
- Prior experience with pediatric or adolescent populations in schools or healthcare settings
- Comfortable delivering services in both traditional and teletherapy models
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment for high school caseloads
- Collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
- Developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school district and state requirements
- Participating in team meetings, professional development, and consultations
