Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Credentialed Occupational Therapist, eligible to practice in California
- Experience with school-based caseloads (high school preferred)
- Comfort with a variety of therapy and documentation platforms
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for collaboration and reporting
- Ability to work onsite daily and fit into a multi-disciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to high school students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized interventions based on student needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, administrators, and families
- Support students with diverse backgrounds and unique needs, fostering independence and academic success
