Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Napa, California

This opportunity runs from August 10th through June 4th, with a full-time weekday schedule—each day is 7.75 hours plus a 30-minute duty-free lunch. What You’ll Bring:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
- Familiarity with best practices for serving PK-5 populations
- Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and school guidelines
- Develop intervention plans tailored to individual student needs and educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student progress
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with district and professional standards
- Engage in school-based activities, meetings, and professional development as needed
Position Details:
- Contract runs from August through early June, following the school calendar
- Assignments typically involve only one school site, with a maximum caseload of 55 students
- Remote panel interview with flexible scheduling
- Primarily PK-5 caseload within an established district recognized for its dedication to student success
