Desired Qualifications:
- Active California SLP licensure is required
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings is a plus
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and best practices in school SLP services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet student needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students Pre-K through 5th grade
- Assess and document students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational teams
- Provide engaging therapy sessions, adapting approaches to various learning styles
- Maintain thorough and timely records for all assigned students
