Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Mustang, OK

Schedule/Hours:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
- No weekends or major holidays
- Typical shift: 8:00 am–4:30 pm (30-minute lunch from 12:00 pm–12:30 pm)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in hospital/healthcare therapy settings preferred
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting Modified Barium Swallow Studies with radiology support
- Skilled in working with tracheostomy and passy muir speaking valves
- Comfortable treating patients requiring higher levels of oxygen support
- Effective communicator with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary SLP, with PRN staff available for assistance
- Participate in regular Modified Barium Swallow Studies, collaborating with Radiology Technicians and using in-house advanced equipment
- Provide direct therapy to patients presenting with diagnoses such as CVA, TBI, SCI, stroke, and respiratory failure
- Partner with the care team to help patients transition home or to inpatient rehabilitation
- Maintain a 50% productivity standard; provide a minimum of 240 minutes of billable patient care per shift
- Document patient progress and communicate findings and recommendations effectively

$2,606 - $2,747/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
