Take on a rewarding, full-time opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) within a dynamic educational community in Anoka, MN. This role is ideal for both seasoned SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to make a meaningful impact, providing on-site services during the upcoming academic year from late August through early June. Working a consistent 37.5-hour week, Monday through Friday, you will contribute to student growth, communication, and academic achievement in a collaborative school environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Minnesota SLP license (please submit a PDF with your application)
- Open to both credentialed SLPs and Clinical Fellows ready for hands-on experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based and student-centered practices
- Passion for supporting students with a diverse range of communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and design individualized therapy plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services aligned with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
- Support a caseload of diverse learners, advancing their communication skills and participation in school settings
