Key Qualifications:
- State licensure as an SLP, CFY, or SLPA
- Recent school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Comfort working with IEPs; experience with IEP Writer is a plus
- Adaptability across two elementary buildings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in elementary grades
- Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to support student progress
- Provide input and documentation for IEP meetings; draft and update IEPs as needed
- Travel between two elementary buildings (one per day, two days weekly)
