Key Qualifications:
- Hold current SLP licensure with CCC credentials; strong consideration for SLP-CFY candidates
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in an elementary school setting
- Proficiency with IEP Writer software is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of school-based therapy approaches, with proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- SLPA candidates with relevant school experience are also encouraged to apply
- Comfortable working in-person two days per week across two schools
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluate communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation using IEP Writer and collaborate with IEP teams
- Engage effectively with families, teachers, and staff to support student progress
- Participate in team meetings and provide consultation on communication needs
- Support and mentor CFs as needed
