1:1 Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Millsboro, DE

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Possess either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be working toward Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Hold active Delaware SLP state licensure
- Demonstrated experience supporting students, preferably in a school-based environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
- Organized, flexible, and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative education setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students on a 1:1 basis as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Maintain compliant and accurate documentation of interventions and student progress
- Work closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input regarding therapy goals and progress
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
